5 Main Ways Sensitive People Can Harness Their Sensitivity So It Is A Joy And A Gift

Often sensitive people use common stress relief and other tools to try to work with their sensitivity in a productive way.

There is nothing wrong with these tools. It has been my experience, however, that sensitive people need additional strategies designed for them so their energetic nuance can be harnessed effectively. I set out to discover how to do this and will give you the main ways to do so.

Sensitive people need to know that they are using their sensitivity well. They know they perceive what others do not. How do they know what to do with that awareness? How do they offer their insights and gifts in a way that can be well received by others? How do they recognize when to get involved in a situation and when not to?

This is what I set out to discover and this is what I found.

#1: Learn Cultural Frameworks

Cultural frameworks give you the lay of the land of human culture. They provide the objectives, values, structure, and identities of each cultural system. Each culture creates an identity for its people. Our current system celebrates the entrepreneur. They illustrate which culture other people in your life identify with so you can set realistic and achievable objectives in your relationships.

#2: Release The Legacy Of Outdated Mindsets

I have been a long-time meditator. In spite of that commitment to healing, I realized that I was missing something. Quantum energetic healing provided me with the tools to release the inherited mindsets of the past so that my energy could be freed to be used effectively in the present. It is important to release the past so that your energy is fresh and active.

#3: Shift Your Main Anchor In Life From Fear To Joy

Fear has its place. When it is our dominant energetic anchor we shut down and that prevents us from living life fully. When you shift your main anchor to joy it becomes a force field which makes boundary setting easier and more natural. It becomes a condition of your participation and a criteria for discerning the best uses of your time both in work and in relationships. It lightens the ruminating burden we all carry.

#4: Develop Your Self-Value

Learn about the good in yourself. We live in a very negative and critical world. You do not have to settle for poor quality of life because of it. The more you recognize the good in yourself and others the easier it is to live from a place of self-value. When you do your energy shifts and people do notice in a good way.

#5: Learn Manifesting Skills

The more clarity, self-value, and positive energy you have the easier it is to manifest and the greater confidence you will have about doing so well. Manifesting is a skill like all others. There are just some skills you have to put in place to get the benefits.

It took me many years to discover a set of skills and tools that make sensitivity “work”. I would like you to have them. Visit sensitiveevolution.com and check out our self-actualization programs to learn more.

Being sensitive does not mean you have to suffer. I hope you join others who are discovering how to change their lives for the better.
